Sabudana /Javarisi Payasam
Yohooooooo.........This is my 100th post. I can't even imagine I came this far hehe...Well of course without all your support and encouraging words I won't be here. Thank you so much my friends.I thought I will put a sweet dish to celebrate my 100th post. First time I tried in my life and fell in luv with this payasam. Try it and you will know why.
Whole Milk- 2 1/2 cup
Cardamom seeds -from 5 pods
Chopped Cashews-1 tbs
Wash the Sabudana and soak it for an hour in some water. Drain it and set aside.
In a heavy bottom pan heat the milk and bring it to a boiling point. Add the Sabudana and cook in medium flame, stirring continuously until it is transparent and cooked.Add the sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved and bring it to a boil. Remove from flame.
Fry the Cashew,raisin and pistachio in 1 tbs ghee .Add this to the payasam. Enjoy.
