Sprouted Moong Dal Chat/Salad



Sprouted moong dal is very good for health because of the fiber content in sprout and there are different ways to enjoy it.They taste also very good. You can have it raw or steamed .
I always make these chat/salad when i am in a mood for some thing crunchy munchy but healthy . It is a good appetizer too.

Ingredients

Sprouted Moong Dal- 1 cup
tomato-1 medium
Onion-2 tbs

green chillies-2
Chat masala-1 tsp
salt-1 tsp

coriander leaves-1 tbs

lemon juice-1/2tbs

Method

Thinly slice the tomatoes,onion and green chillies.
In a large bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
Add more lemon juice and chat masala on the side if you prefer.

Variations:
You can add raw mangoes,cucumber,cooked potatoes.
