Easy DZ Lemon Bath

I luv to eat Rice sevai, but am not a huge fan of making it. But I do make it once in a while. When I went to India last time, my mom made rice sevai for me and it was super delicious and she made it in a jiffy. So I packed a lot of the Instant rice sevai mix and started experimenting with it.
This is one of the easiest lemon bath for all the lemon fans out there.

Ingredients:

Instant Rice Sevai-200 gm pack[I used MTR Brand]

For seasoning:

Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Urad dal-1 tsp
Chana dal-1 tsp
Redchillies- 2

Green chillies-2 split
Ginger- 1 " piece thinly chopped

Gingely oil- 2 tsp

Cashew -a handful
Peanut-a handful

Fresh grated coconut-1/4 cup

Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp

Salt- to taste

Lemon juice- 2 tbs or more

Coriander leaves chopped-2 tbs to garnish

Method:

In a pan of boiling water ,add the rice sevai and Cook for 6-7 minutes.Drain the sevai and set aside.

In another pan add the seasoning, oil, green chillies, ginger and peanuts. When mustard seeds splutters ,add the cooked rice sevai, turmeric powder and salt. Remove from the flame and add the lemon juice , coriander leaves, coconut and cashews. Mix well. Serve hot with Coconut Chutney.
