Quinoa Pilaf
Today I tried Quinoa Pilaf, first time in my life and it tasted pretty good.So thought of sharing the recipe with all my friends. This recipe is something similar to my "Brown Rice Pilaf"
Some information's about Quinoa
Quinoa is similar to couscous ,but more tasty
and nourishing. The quinoa seed is high in
protein, calcium and iron, a relatively good
source of vitamin E and several of the B
vitamins.Quinos is a seed of a leafy plant
which is also a relative of spinach,Swiss chard
and beetroot. Also the name "Quinoa" name comes
from the Greek words, Chen (a goose) and pous
(a foot).

until the rinse water is pretty clear.Drain and
set aside.

medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until
soft, 3 minutes. Add garlic, and tomatoes. Saute
3 more minutes.Add carrots and bell
pepper, frozen peas cooking until soft, about 5
minutes. Add quinoa ,pasta
seasoning, salt, rosemary and veg broth. Bring to
