You may be wondering why i names this dosai kerala dosai.Kerala is very famous for thattukadhai's. That is food on wheels.So during night time when we go for a walk we can smell the wonderful aroma of fenugreek and sambar and masalas.So when ever i make these dosa's it reminds me of my home town Thrissur.
Idli Rice-1 cup
Jasmine Rice-1 cup
Split uradh dal-1cup
Fenugreek seeds-1 tsp
soak all the ingredients in water overnight.
In a blender grind the ingredients coarsly and add the salt. Let it ferment overnight.
Now dosa is ready to be made.
